Player blacklist to prevent meeting up person again

Ok so i was wondering if it could be possible to blacklist your killer. This could help to prevent to get to games with exit campers for example. I dont mind to see them time to time but i know some ppl are having huge problem with exit campers and i would like to prevent them too when i accidentaly happen to see them. There is ppl that do it time to time but i have met one guy 3 times, allways exitcamping and ppl like that would go to my blacklist to not see them ever again. OFC this blacklist should have limit. What do you guys think?
