Scavs are different today

In Factory I'm being rushed in my spawn by 2-3 AI scavs every single game. If I fire my gun at any point another 2-3 literally sprint towards me immediately. If I don't fire, but crouch in a corner as quiet as I can possibly be, 2-3 still rush me. I've done many, many Factory runs and I have never seen what I'm seeing today. Is anyone else experiencing this?

honestly i never play factory but i do keep up with the change logs, the ai behavior has not been changed in quite some time.  probably since wipe, so sounds like just unlucky.
the few times i do play factory im usually imminently pushing out on a warpath because the only way to play factory is be a thick boi and shoot all the bullets.  sooo maybe try a change of tactics.

It's kind of hard when they all have aimbot and you're surrounded by three of them always.

They do have aimbot but you need to connect to them before they do too you. There is a very simple mechanic that forces them to flinch and miss every shot. If you are letting 3 of them rush a room, you are playing horribly. Especially on Factory. You should be playing slow and thinking about not only your moves but the moves of the other players and then the other scav players when they spawn in.

Same experience on shoreline at night in the middle of nowhere on the map.  Sprinted straight at me and shot in two straight games.  Previously they've been blind at night - something has definitely changed.

Changes to AI behavior is specifically listed in the most recent patch notes.

Maybe reading my response would have been better than just skimming over. You tell me that I should be playing slow, when I specifically stated that this was happening even when I was in fact playing slow. I've played Factory many times, I know how to play it. Something is very clearly different, scavs are much more aggressive and I'm seeing it again today on Customs. They literally sprint right at you, often times in groups now, even if you haven't made any sound whatsoever. Go play Factory and watch them rush you immediately, and then come back and tell me it isn't happening and it has anything to do with being quiet or loud.
