its one thing after another, i have not messed with my controls since i bought the game and im mid round and im trying to crouch and it keeps toggling (keeping in mind my crouch is not set to toggle) and then when i go further and do all the usual fixes(inventory while crouching/jumping/sprinting) it forces me to crouch and when i Lctrl it makes me stand! wtf is this game and its glitches??? i spent ducking minutes in settings trying to fix this poo. only to get killed because all i can do is stand and sprint.

It's an early beta mate, come back in six months and watch it be a completely different game.

They wont fix it. sorry. In 6 month it will be new errors that they wont fix and so on. Hopefully there will be a new game developer soon with a identical game, but better.

Early?

I bought my copy in Feb of 2018, this is by no means still in the early stages.

 

My interest in this game has already begun to fade, I can't imagine I am the only one.

BSG needs to get their poo together and fix things, or Tarkov doesn't stand a chance at remaining the next big thing for much longer.

Game feels like a chore now. poo quest system and a player gap that would make the Grand Canyon jealous.

Development time =/= product age, It's version 0.12...

if your interest has faded, leave? Nikita has already said he doesn't want the game to be this popular and would rather make the game they want to make. Imagine going into a gallery and reeing because you don't like the mountain-scape they painted and you would prefer a different one; This is you.

By all means, its his brain child. Though that statement comes across as naive. The game will need to have some popularity in order to maintain a healthy player base. The more grindy poo gets, which is rather grindy already, the fewer will play it. At least adults with a job anyway.

They have a list of what they want to add to the game. A lot of it looks good, it really does, I am sure the game will be great once its "released". However in the meantime its a chore to play. Sure there are great moments, but unless you can play it all day like a streamer, you can't make much progress.

No one is saying its not unfinished.  No one is not recognizing this.

However Nikita shot himself in the foot when they did all that promotion a while back to get people to play. Despite lacking the proper support system (Servers).

My gripes with the game are not unique to me, but nothing time won't fix....potentially.

Imagine going into a gallery and there is only a few paintings, which you have to wait in line to see properly. Additionally more than half the gallery is blocked off to the public.

And you spent money and time to get there.

Regardless if there is a "Under construction" Sign out front.

Prices set expectations.

The price is $40 bucks for a base edition.

If it was $20 pushing $30, it would be fine.

But at $40 bucks you expect a degree of functionality.

Severs breaking, extensive wait times (real world time) for in game components. The grind will possibly be good in the weird future of wipe/non-wipe builds. But right now its aggravating to people who have a limited time to play.
