EOD purchase, Account didnt upgrade

So about 30mins ago bought the EOD upgrade but havnt received the upgrade.  Got the bill in Amazon Pay and my Bank card.   I do not want to reset my account to try and see if that fixes it.   I have a ticket in but is there anything I need to do that I havnt?    Also still shows for me to purchase the EOD on the buy page.

Have you tried to restart the client? because restarting the game isn't enough.
You need to restart the launcher, since it checks which version your account is at startup.

might take a few days, i have heard people say as much atleast that its not instant but be glad at that too.  originally if you upgraded editions you used to have to restart your entire account and start from scratch

I restarted client. Logged out and re enter email and password on both client and website.
