I bought it through xsolla via the game's official website, I uninstall and reinstall More than five times, and now I'm doing it.

hmm if you bought it from the official site and you have already reinstalled it could be computer related on your side but im not really sure, depends on specs.

Maybe someone else has had this issue, good luck mate
