How do I survive Shipping Yard in Customs?

This part of the map boggles my mind how impossible it is to get out.

Every time I seem to do PMC on Customs I seem to get spawned here. As you know there are two tiny entrances in and out of shipping yard.

These are always so populated that no matter if I kill one or two guys theres always another taking me down before I can make a run for it.

How the hell does anyone make it out of there?

The area with the trains at the back? I can think of atleast 5 ways in/out of there - probably more.

Two gate entrances (east and west) holes in wall north and south, also raised concrete northwest corner so you can hop over wall.

You can run the maps in offline mode to explore the different routes and familiarise yourself.
