Shark_Lizard1
I know this is likely to get a lot of hate from the religious PvP crowd, but could there be a way to do a PvE raid, where you can still bring back loot you acquire. I've even thought up a concept idea for how this can work, so that people aren't abusing it too hard. First off, the different difficulties bringing rarer loot: To balance not having to deal with other PMCs, and that players can currently choose a difficulty for the AI Scavs in offline raids, the loot spawns for the more valuable/harder to find loot could be adjusted in accordance with the set difficulty. (i.e. bitcoins/keys being made either impossible or very unlikely to spawn while on easy AI difficulty, being given a very small chance of spawning in Medium in relation to their normal spawn rate, As Online difficulty setting loot to spawn at the same rate as it does in online raids, and Hard difficulty having the relatively highest spawn rate, given Hard difficulty is actually harder than As Online.) Second function, offline with no AI vs offline with AI: So that new players can still have a way to learn the map and loot spawns, I would suggest having the regular Offline mode w/o AI scavs function the same as Offline mode functions now, in terms of not loosing any loot while also not being able to extract with any loot, any spent ammo being returned, and health, energy, and hydration being reset to their original amounts. In contrast, an offline match WITH Scavs would function in the same way online would, with health, water, and energy not being reset upon extraction, any ammo used is not returned, death will lead to the loss of everything, and extraction will bring back everything. Third function, Co-op: One function that could come with the PvE modes is a Co-op mode, in the case players still want to run around with their friends, or want assistance with certain bosses/scav groups. To balance this with difficulty the Co-op option could be made available for the As Online options only, for both difficulty and scav numbers. Along with Co-op, AI PMCs could be added that could be on the same, or slightly lower difficulty range as bosses. The AI PMCs could be set to a certain level of gear range, or have any range of gear much like you'd encounter with player PMCs, and may still drop dog tags. But to balance out anyone that tries to farm these AI PMCs for their tags, instead of a level being associated with them, they could be marked as "AI", being set as less valuable than a level 1 dog tag. I believe this function could be beneficial for new players trying to learn the ropes of the game, for players wanting a slightly more relaxed game, or players trying to rebuild their arsenal before going back at PvP. And I'm very much open for discussion about changes to any of the function recommendations, or any other ideas. Thanks for your time, and have a wonderful day. 1
Jemahne
Unfortunately this doesn't align with the game's motto of being a hardcore survival shooter. I fully support offline coop with NOT being able to take loot from raid which will be implemented.
Sagaraein
Picked out the most glaring issues with this topic: 3 hours ago, Shark_Lizard1 said: where you can still bring back loot you acquire Having the possibility of taking loot out is a 100% no go. Lets slap out some reasoning here. It would trash the market completely and would be pretty much risk free loot 99% of the time. Inflation would destroy the Flea Market as people would have tons of rubles rolling in. 3 hours ago, Shark_Lizard1 said: choose a difficulty for the AI Scavs in offline raids, the loot spawns for the more valuable/harder to find loot Even with hard AI they are too easy when you have decent gear. Unless you literally throw in a army of Raiders i doubt good players would have any issues clearing them out. This means that even the more valuable gear would crash in value as it would be easily available. 3 hours ago, Shark_Lizard1 said: I believe this function could be beneficial for new players trying to learn the ropes of the game, for players wanting a slightly more relaxed game, or players trying to rebuild their arsenal before going back at PvP. The offline mode is there already to teach people how to play the game. Co-Op will from what i have heard become available. But even that would follow the current system of not giving loot. There is already a relaxed version of the game. Its the Scav run. You literally lose nothing and stand to gain everything. Scaving is the way to rebuild your arsenal. In general i have to say that your post was a nice change of pace as it was well formulated, unfortunately this has been suggested multiple times before and the general consensus is against it. The developers also seem to be quite set on not having a lootable PvE mode. I wish you a nice continuation to your day.

Like Facebook tetris, when you get a tetris or quad tetris or whatever combo, it spawns blocks for a other player. So in Tarkov, there could be objectives and score in a room.If the player does well, It spawns ULTRA STRONG raiders with shitty AKs but shoot 7N31 or BS rounds at other players at other rooms. But when you loot them, they don't have anything on them besides the shitty AK and an empty mag.
