Potential damage hacker

So I was playing customs casually, just doing my quest. And then one moment I was taking damage out of nowhere. And no, there was no PMC or Scav within 10 meters of me. No gun shots, or melee attacks. I just simply took damage whilst i was looting.

Was inside the factory healing up, with no one in sight. I then died somehow or other. Heard zero gunshots as stated before. Screen shotted what happened to me. And the person who killed me. From probably 1-2k meters away from me......

On another note, gotta redo the stupid docs for prapor again.... Please help resolve this potential issue of a hacker, either that or they were invisible...
