Insurance Return Timeout when not logged in

Hey,

It would be really great if you could halt the insurance return timeout at like 30 minutes for accounts that haven't logged in since the insurance is returned - I just think it's dumb the insurance times out regardless of whether you've logged in or not. It means if i have to travel away from my computer for a few days then i'm basically going to lose any insurance from raids <2 days before i leave.

 

I suggest the insurance timeout reduces to 30 minutes and then stops, when someone logs in to the actual game (not launcher) the timeout counter resumes and will go to 0 regardless of what the user does (they only get one chance after logging in to retrieve the insurance return). This would allow players to retrieve insurance after a hiatus but also prevent players from abusing the system to store equipment - If they haven't logged in they can't be abusing the system!

 

I've been travelling overseas and not had access to my account, lost probably ~500k worth of insurance returns because of this.

It would be nice not to lose things because people have life happen, My computer stays off when I have to work, can't say how much I have lost simply because I was at work, they need to tweak the system so it doesn't duck over those who can't log in everyday

If you know you won´t be playing in next 2-3 days and don´t have access to computer at all to even log in for 2 minutes to take insurance stuff back, you should play just budget gear and don´t insure it at all.
Dont´t forget that insurance is just partial refund for your death and you can be happy you even got something back, don´t take it for granted.
