I was suddenly banned.

I am with my Newbie friend.
After playing a game, I suddenly ate a stop.
I want to know why.

But the game company keeps saying that I violated the licensing rules. I may have done something wrong.

My game character name is ByulHanE.
I am currently borrowing another friend's account and writing here.

The management wants a quick check on this and resolve it.

Ok so 1. Forum it's not a place to get answer for such questions, here you will mostly find moderators, which just "moderate" forum, that mean they don't have higher access (overall)
2. So you should contact support and ask for reason (via support ticket)

I belive that your friends account could be even banned for it, cause it would be counted as "sharing account" :D. But you could just create another account and send support ticket i belive.

Anyway, even if you are "clean" then most likely (as i read in diffrent topics) support will only tell you "reason" i.e. "cheating" but they wont bring any evidence, but hey, thats how games works and there is no actual law which would prevent such thing (forcing companies to send you proof)

Yeah, it's a bit rough they won't give evidence but I can understand it too, you don't want people to get better at avoiding bands/ hack detection.
