Missing items from EoD edition

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I upgraded to the EoD edition because of the sale and (think) I am missing some items. I thought that you received an items case, a money case, med case (along with a bunch of other items) but didn't receive any of the cases for some reason. Anyone else experience this when they upgraded?

I think the only case you get is a pistol case and obviously the Gamma container. I upgraded yesterday and it seems like it only gave me the extra stuff I didn't get in the basic preorder. I didn't get another aks74U only got 1 extra pistol, 100,000 rubles since the basic gives you 300,00. I think it only gives the extra stuff.  I did get 1 extra tactical tomahawk which isn't worth much but whatever ill take it.

you def dont get a med case for EOD. i believe the money and item case (and p90) are from an old new years event like a year or two ago that basically if you were on during that time you get those items every wipe forever

when  you upgraded did you lose what you had already earned in your stash?

no, you used to have to restart your account but now it just takes time.  i have heard you have to fully close launcher then start the game again after purchase to get the game to realize you upgraded.  others have claimed it may take a day or two before you get the EOD perks

i am going on a month with out receiving my upgrade items ...submitted ticket 12 days later a response answer there questions 12 days later still no response or action. also now 31 no way im restarting and with these server issues i feel like i got robbed blind
