Game downtime etc

How come that everyday there are issues with the game, i can understand a couple of times a week but. i spend 140 euros on a game, i expect like a little bit. Not downtime everyday its very frustating, i dont want roubles i want game time. Could we get some explanation on why we have so much down time.

This is a total guess, but the current time right now in St. Petersburg, Russia is 8:50PM.  It may be possible that there are fewer employees at BSG that are in the office to help resolve issues.  I know when I go to play at 8PM pacific USA time (7AM at BSG), the servers aren't too bad and matchmaking for me was averaging 8 minutes as PMC in reserve map.

Problems? Servers are down on regural bases.. I don't understand how this is even possible as this is a 2 week problem already... que times up to 10 min never had it in a game before? regular bases disconnects losing all gear... Updates? I dont care at any bug fixes, i dont care about any new content right now i care so i can play the game instead of playing "loading screen" or as a new player losing my inventory so i have to scav play cuz i get bumped out of servers couse of errors etc...

 

fix the server stability and then look to the future...

paid 150 euro with taxes and cant even play normal?

All my friends start quitting the game... and who wants to buy it the say not to...

i feel this is going really bad... 20% discount? to get more people? for what... if this amount people cant even play the game withour queing 20 min or play safe on PMC without a disconnect.

Game downtime?

I play 1 raid, i get disconnected 5 times. Cant extract anymore. Game is 30 minutes down. Start the game, load with the same gear in.

I get 10 disconnected. Die while disconnected. Loose all my gear. Servers are completly down, i wait 20 minutes and repeat.

Downtime? what are you talking about xD.
