How many times am I going to lose my insurance items to an error message? BS! Move all the items over to stash just to get an error and for them all to be gone.  This has happened every time I've tried to claim my items back for the last 3 days. Come on!

something about bad items being moved, then back to the menu, for everything to be gone.

Restart your game see if that works. Something similar happened before with flea market money disappearing.

You don't lose them it's just an error and you need to restart or run a raid then check insurance again. PROTIP don't try to fold gun stocks, unload, or move attachments while the insurance window is open because it breaks it fairly often.
