Item Transfer Error?

So this has happened several times to me now. I didn't get a chance to get the specific error code, but when retrieving my gear from insurance after i move everything into my stash and hit accept an error will pop up saying something to the effect of "bad items received" . All the gear will disappear from my stash that I had just added as well as from the messenger. Anyone else having this issue? Have lost several guns,helmets,armor, and trizips because of this.

Yes I have the same issue. It just happend aggain with the same error code as the one you discribed. All items gone and i havent found a way to get them back.

@Tabbott95 @Feolin When retrieving items don't fold stocks, take off / on attachments or put items in containers. This is currently buggy. Simply putting the items directly in your stash and then hitting accept is the best way to go about this. Afterwards you can do as you please with the retrieved items.

If you lost items because of that bug 99% of the time restarting the game will revert the items back to the insurance screen, so be sure to check that afterwards.

i just claimed the appreciation package and got the backend error and the items disappeared, so i closed the game to relaunch it, and now after clicking play in the launcher i get and error that says error receiving game session data: 260 260 - servers temporarily unavailable. please try again later

Yup. i just tried to claim package from developers and got an error in the middle of transfer......some items dissapeared and some are in my stash.........and i think i caused a bug when i folded a weapon
