Game stutter everytime i see enemy

Idk what happen everything is smoothly 70fps then a PMC show up and after i shoot 1 bullet the game is literally freeze.
Even in low-end setting this keep happening?

latest update broke the game from clientside. This + server issues makes game unplayable atm.

lowest settings aint best for fps etc. 
Here i will not give you 100% correct informations so you will have to search for you own, but as many ppl said certain settings on low overload your graphic card/CPU, so if you have weaker graphic card or PCu it's better to place certain settings to medium because then it's overloading second thing.

Hopefully it's clear enough tho :P. I do not remember if graphic card or CPU is more overloaded on low or medium, but for sure someone will know or you can find it on reddit/forum.

I guess you are a new player (based on the forum account) and well, EFT has problems with freezes, before (i mean before 0.12) freezes and stutters were way worse. But they still exist, it was like:
Before 0.12 -> Huge stutters/freezes and really often
After 0.12 -> barely any stutters/freezes 
And x time after 0.12 -> stutters and freezes are back, however it's not that bad as it was before

Doesnt matter how good PC you have, ppl with 2000+$ PC have stutters, cause mostly those are happening cause of servers. 
Some ppl belive that the more geared players are, the bigger stutters are, and here i would even agree, because after each wipe we could see much less stutters/freezes, but after ppl start running with more modded guns etc. stutters were bigger and bigger.

But that does not have to be true at all, it's just some ppl opinion :).
