Eod 5 days ago, still nothing

As the title states, it's been 5 days now, since i payed about 85 euros for something that Is not showing up in my inventory!

I have posted a ticket about it, and I know they are backed up with support inquiries.

However, when people pay that kind of money, they should get some support faster imo.

My patience is running low, anyone have some info about this? and/or can help?

I am having the same issue. It has been about 10 days and nothing. I ordered EOD. It says I have EOD and the gold name in game. But no stash or case upgrade and no system message. Unreal.

Buying the Game trough the Website and not getting it, is a Website issue, surely isnt an ingame issue
