Youtube is great way to start learning so is the wiki: https://escapefromtarkov.gamepedia.com/Escape_from_Tarkov_Wiki . I also recommend opening a map from the wiki on a second monitor or phone/tablet and running around in offline mode to get to know the maps and extracts after which I recommend learning the basic online game in scav mode. Friends you can get from https://forum.escapefromtarkov.com/forum/159-lfg/ or Official discord https://discord.gg/escapefromtarkovofficial

If you want friends and help then I suggest joining the official discord also any other tarkov discords out there. The forum is not the place for help or friends. Everyone here has been soured. They're all mainly trolly sarcastic basement dwellers.
