Game crashes on startup

Haven't been able to play the game since I bought it.

Specs: 7700k, 16gb, gtx 960

Drivers up-to-date.

Same Problem here 
 

Specs: 8600 , 32 gig and a gtx1070

after i reset my options with nVidia experience it was able to start 1 time

I am having same issue. had this issue another time and it was right after an update as well. waited like a week and it started working again. Lost all my insurance returns of course.... wtvr.

I disabled nvidia overlay and checked all drivers. Simply said, It worked before the patch, now it doesn't.

 

Any help is much appreciated hope to be playing soon.
