Game disappeared from account - Is progress still saved if re-purchasing?

I have been playing EFT for the past two weeks (more than I am proud to admit), but today when I logged in to the launcher it is stating "game not purchased". I got the key from a CD-key shop - Yes, after today's research I am well aware that there are some sketchy stuff going on with the keys sold on third party sites - but I didn't know about this back when I was buying the game. I am already blaming myself for not buying it directly from BSG, but I've learned my lesson.

My biggest concern is; have I lost all my progress? I have spent couple hundred hours into the game and for me it would be a deal-breaker if I have to start all over again from nothing. I am more than willing to buy the PFE/EOD edition of the game as I wanna support the devs and continue to play the game, but don't wanna spend over 100 euros for having to do everything again.

I know that there are regular wipes happening during the beta, but what I meant is that I don't wanna restart after just getting to know the fundamentals. For a moderately new player who has invested a lot of hours into the game, restarting after playing two weeks is something I don't wanna do. I don't complain about the possible future wipes.

I'm not entirely sure if you still have the game or not, but i really hope that you do.  I know that i am able to log into my account on my friends' computers to check hideout upgrades and i still maintain all saved data, but If you don't have your saved data, it shouldnt be a super deal breaker.  Think of it as starting with a fresh account but you still have the game knowledge.
