Disconnect

Was playing fine the past 4 weeks and all of a sudden I'm disconnecting every 5 minutes. I even disabled ipv6 and still doing it  like crazy.

Getting the same thing man, I'll be playing just fine then all of a sudden I'll d/c out of nowhere and die since I'm standing in the middle of the road or something. If I don't end up dying, then I'll reconnect, just to d/c almost exactly 45 seconds in, EVERY, TIME It's driving me nuts! It's fairly random, but I've still lost hundreds of thousands because of it.
