Prapor insurance error

Hello, first time posting but just after logging in and clicking receive all whilst receiving items insured by Prapor. I had an error, didn't screenshot it although, I went back to my character and none of the items showed up, now luckily for me, I am a new player so lost less than half a mil. If someone can tell me how to report this bug and send logs or whatever is needed, I will happily do it.

had that bug myself in the past, since there wasnt backend error i didnt lost stuff anymore...sorry to hear that its still a thing

Well You can try to report it, but its not worth to waste your time.
You wont get these items back, i am 100000000% sure, because EVERYONE had the same problem at least once.

Just keep playing, items will get wiped soon anyway. Its just pixels

WTF, is anything in this game working? 

Just had this crap also, for an entire day's of insurance. 

This is seriously the buggiest game I've ever played

 

Therapist also bugged?

I think once I upgraded the intel in my hideout to level 3 on Feb 8th, I've stopped getting insurance messages from Prapor entirely. Do I even continue insuring items or is it a waste of money? Am I going to get anything back? I was doing a lot of scav runs, so I didn't really notice but then realized I wasn't getting ANYTHING from Prapor, no messages, no empty mags, nothing. I still get quest messages from him, but nothing from insurance.

I fixed it by switching to Therapist and then back to Prapor. I also changed regions since California servers seem to have really bad performance despite being in CA.
