Hideout Stats training

now before i start i dont know if this has been suggested before so dont hate but yeh here we go ...

 

how about being able to train stats while offline ..

not much stats but maybe like 1 point per hour or somthing but to be able to train your stats you would need to build required hideout upgrades for example ..

a gym for training strength , endurance , vitality maybe ? (choose one)

the library to train intellect , memory ect.. (choose one)

i know it sounds similar to games like eve online ect but i personally think this could be pretty good aslong as it didnt give you to many stat points im talkin like 1000 hours training to maybe max one stat  and it would give some extra bonuses for upgrading your hideout 

again sorry if this hasnt beeen suggested but it was just a thought i had

Not while you are offline, but a gym where you could for example train strength would be nice
