Silencers worth using in labs?

Im going to start running labs soon and was wondering if people feel like silencers are worth bringing. Ill be running an m4 with a 60 round mag. Im wondering if the ergo penalty on a silencer is worth the sound reduction since its unlikely ill be able to kill most raiders with a silent one tap and will be taking loud return fire and grenades from them anyway.

you dont need them . to behonesst if you are gonna run one just use a assval or vss. other wise you are better off loud with higher recoil control.

I agree with @Rekonsile , mainly for the distance firefights will take place in, a suppressor isn't going to aid you much.
