My money disappeared

Had the same issue, and had it report same day. this is the reply I got (sad):

We apologize for the late response, this is due to the increased load on game support. 

All elements of the game are still under development. We would like you to understand that at the moment our main task is to solve the reasons why you lose your gear/items. We are regularly conducting wipes related to changing the economy in the game, and game progress will be reset many times before final game release. At this point we're not compensating any gear/items lost.
