Full auto stops shooting

Hi guys,

It happened to me a few times now and it led to my death almost every time: my ak on full auto stops shooting.

So I press the mouse button, shoots 2-3 times and stops.

Is it a known bug or just a russian quality feature?

All updated and running fine in every other fps I play. I think it might have something to do with the stutters in tarkov

i reported an issue 2 years back where you double tap fire button very fast in rapid succession, and full auto does not work. your post actually makes me want to check if that bug still exists (it works on any automatic just doulbe tap fire button SUPER fast as you can lol)

 

edit: just tested and the bug i described is not replicated anymore.

 

@SimplyEpic was there a specific action you performed that will let you replicate this? it could be useful if you can find it and report

I also have had this, it was before the most recent patch but i have been having the same issue with the new update but while sprinting just stops mid sprint even with more than 50% stamina.

I had mouse problems last patch, it was very laggy, similar to low battery lag. All I needed to do was change USB port for my mouse reciver (wireless mouse)

Sprint, sudden stop, aim, crouch, hold breath and fire in a rapid succession. It shot 2-3 bullets and stopped. The problem is that since it is an unexpected behavior,  it just makes you lose focus and rapidly think about what the hell is happening, instead of focusing on the fight itself.
