I feel like strength training is a little silly now.

I'm one of those passive players that spend most of my time trying to better my in-game character and his statistics with a higher
more recent emphasis on survival rate and a lower emphasis on PVP and loot.

I feel like if I want to gain strength I have only two options.

1: Grenade spam, this is wrecking the market though because now grenades are just way too expensive.
2: Weigh myself down with buckshot, my preferred method it's just that now I can only walk at the lowest speed possible, 
I can't run, can't jump and if I do have to get into a fight, them I'm pretty much doomed specially if a grenade comes my way.

The way strength worked prior to the patch was ok, it was still pretty tough and stupidly time consuming but now it's just revolting
to the point where I don't want to do it at all any more.

I was just wondering about this... I threw my two grenades on my way out and got a whopping 0.3 strength. The raid I completed, I got a lot of loot, but I didn't want to weigh myself down too much due to the new mechanics. I kept my weight around 50kg (the new cap is 70kg).

This pretty much means that strength won't really level organically anymore... your only option is to intentionally cheese it. This mechanic needs to be looked at.

Strength xp from weight should not be a specific 90% kg limit to lvl up..

Say 50% levels strength xp by 25% speed and it climbs up to 100% when you peak at 90% carry weight...

The only way to vaibly level strength now is to run labs and just chuck all the nades you pick up off raiders.  Too bad the map is infested with hackers.  GG tarkov.
