Graphics look worse since last Patch

Hey punters.

So since the last patch I have noticed my graphics look utterly terrible. Micro lighting stutters where as you slowly pan there are tiny flickers in the brightness.
Thinks look less sharp, my Characters scope has a micro shake on the outside rim ( not the optics itself )

I am running a i7 9700k, with a 2060 super card on 1440p so there is no issue with FPS I have run a bunch of tests in game, But I just can't seem to get the game to run like it was pre .12.4 

Anyone else noticed issues?

No issues like that to me... I know Nvidia has just released a new driver update, maybe it happened after the update?

Still using the last driver. ...good to know. .....the newest driver isnt always the best
