EOD Version Update Items Missing

I have update my game to EOD version from the STANDARD version.

BUT I haven't get the Med box/Items case/Money case in my storage From System。 I need to get these Items back to my Accout. 

the update Item issue is still here for a long time .

I may be wrong but I think upgrading account to get bonus items requires you to reset your profile, and start from level 1 again. I am not 100% on this but I think I had to a few years back

Not true ,I upgraded from standard to eod a month or so ago,no reset needed.

if that's so then OP should lodge a support ticket via the battlestate launcher

It used to be that way, but I have been reading that it was changed. You now don't have to reset and instead get the extra items through the in-game mail.

I get this popup when trying to upgrade: "Attention! The equipment difference will be sent to your profile via in-game mail. Please, re-enter the game."

You probably already did, but did you check the in-game mail?

the items you have been part of the new year event, right? if you have already redeemed the new year gift, you cannot redeem again, it would be necessary to reset your account.

The EOD version entitles you to receive other items(such as the Gamma Container), if those items were not sent please contact support.

the cases aren't from EOD they are from an event like a year ago that anyone who got then, gets once a wipe
