Friend's account is banned after being stolen

My friend's mailbox was stolen a few nights ago. After he recovered it, he found that escaping from takov had been permanently banned. The official email said that it was permanently banned, but it's really wrong. It's not his own cheat. His csgo and rainbow six are still working, and the machine is not banned by be. Please tell me how to contact the official website to unseal the account. We have proof of purchase

I am confused. How does CS:GO or R6 have ANYTHING to do with the "clean record" of your friend's Tarkov account?
