Fyi lots of chinese hackers on the North American servers (likely where you play I'm guessing) anyways try signing in and out repeatedly, it may or may not give the upgrade that way, if it doesn't you have to file a support ticket and it will take some time(few days?) but your one of many with the same problem and I've been reading that BSG has been making things right for pppl that paid but didn't get all or any of the upgrade. AS far as I've been able to understand this is the best and fastest way for a customer to get in touch with employees of BSG that can actually do something to fix the problem.
