new update with graphic issues???

so I've been playing this game for months now and had no issues with my settings at all, playing in 1440p and its been smooth. i done the latest update jumped into reserve and it was so bad. i was getting screen tearing and the movement looking left to right feels heavy and slow? there is no smoothness to it anymore even on customs. I am even getting screen tearing on the main menu when i go from main to character or to trader. if i check my fps in game on reserve its between 70 - 100, if i put v sync on it stops the tearing but i've never used this in all of my time playing the game. i also checked other games to make sure it wasn't a fault on my end, modern warfare 1440p no issues, red dead redemption 2 1440p no issues and resident evil 3 demo in 4k with no issues. anybody else having problems or maybe a solution?

Im getting the same issue @ 1080p.  Going into the settings and selecting fullscreen fixes it.  Hopefully bsg addresses this its already annoying fumbling with scope and flashlight settings at the start of the raid having to force fullscreen is even worse.

move slider settings around and click save in graphics.  It's stupid but people have reported it works.

Switched from full screen to borderless and moved some sliders, made it a little bit better. Only way I can get it smooth full screen is by turning vsync on. Pretty annoying when this is happening on top of stutters etc.

 

switched back to full screen and back to tearing, jagedness etc
