Hideout bonuses not working

Hi guys so I was going to send a support ticket but since that's down I'll post it here.

I recently reset my account to play with HC rules and I'm slowly upgrading my hideout but all the bonuses seem to be not working. .e.g: Medstation level one should give +27HP/hr but it says it's given me 0HP/hr, the same happens with the Water Processor and Heating they both show +0/hr.

In my character page it says +8HP/hr, 1.10WP/hr and 1.20 Energy/hr which I'm pretty sure those are the default values.

Not sure if anyone who reset his profile recently is having the same issue or anyone in general.

did you turn your power on? cant remember if that effects the values or not

also try a hard reset of your game fully out and fully log from the website to the point where it should ask for your 2 step verification or a temp code again (Depending which you are using)

Yes, power was on.

So I tried logging out and back in, checking game integrity and clearing cache and it's still the same.

I also upgraded medstation to level two and now it says +1HP/hr instead of the +0HP/hr it did on level one.

mine seems to be the same but perhaps it shows that when your character is already healed/maxed out on energy or health etc?  pretty sure you are still getting the benefits tho either way not entirely sure tho mines been maxed out for some time now across the board, so you could do some testing when you next upgrade something

Like it shows in your picture it displays +0 which I am sure was not the case before, a week ago maybe. I know that it said the amount it was supposed to be (+7, +20 or whatever)

I don't think it has to do with being fully healed or something like that. Either the bonuses are not working or there is a display bug.

There it says +8.98 HP after I upgraded the medstation to level two. Before it said +8 HP.

probably a graphical bug to due with the update and spaghetti code - fix one thing break 6 others
