m995 and if there are plans for balancing?

I know a lot of people swear by the m4 and its counter parts and I'm not going to lie I use it a lot when I have the chance. but I have some problems with the ammo choices. in particular its the fact that there are some ammos that you should just never use, such as mk_255, fmj, and m856. but then you have the ammos with which you should use like m856a1 and m855a1 which I think are in an ok place. but then you move on to m995. this ammo is in the god tier section of power as of this moment. with a base flesh damage of 41 its already very formidable. but them you see a pen. of 53; that is 13 point above the second highest pen. ammo for m4's. finally with an armor damage of 57 this ammo nullifies all need for skill or coordination. you could rightfully compare his ammo to shooting a full auto mosin with 7n1. now with the power it has a very steep price tag. usually around the 1000 to 1600 mark per bullet. now that wouldn't be a problem if "everyone" who uses it didn't have 300,000 rubles worth of m995 per raid and just spray it at every sentient creature. and given that this has a 1/3 chance to fragment it leads to a whole lot of getting one shot to the torso through level 5 armor.

I just want to hear other opinions on it and see if there are any plans for ammo rebalances in the coming updates. I'm hoping that with the abundance of numbers that I might be able to get others to see were I'm coming form.

i think the price does it justice im not streamer tier rich but i do have a maxed bitcoin farm. If i use 5.56 i usually only use a third of my mag with m995. Its also nowhere near as good as 7n1 in practice especially for distance shots. 7n1 can one tap chest with armor 4 and below. You would be lucky to kill someone in 5-6 m995 chest shots on semi (of course this is compensated by full auto but semi over distance with an m4 is quite poor unless you aim for the head)
regardless of their stats i have played this game far too much, if you want to complain about an ammo type complain about the two top tier VSS/AS VAL bullet types those will absolutely decimate any armor type in half a second. M4 damage is quite poor in practice compared to how expensive it is, a lot better options out there

yes I have been killed by the vss and am with no regrets a user of it no matter how trashy I feel using it. but I just cant put down the fact that at mid to close range me and my buddy have been able to replicate 8/10 time that an m995 will one shot tier 5 armor not a tier 6 though. I just feel that it should be slightly better than the second best ammo but not to a herculean extent.

I see your point however I still find a ton a dead bodies with a ton of 995 on them. I really don't mind the extra 200k in ammo when that juicy players drops. Its high risk high reward. I think the balance is fine. I can take a Hunter with M80 into a fight and walk out with 10x the value. Its all about knowing your kit and playing to your advantages.
