Game crashes as loading into session

New to the game, when I go to play a session it finds a session and goes through all the loot loading etc. 

When it feels like it is about to load into the level everything jams on screen for about 30 seconds before the game just crashes and takes me back to windows desktop. 

Has happened 6x in a row now. Haven't got into a real game yet. It allowed me to do an offline mode load but that is all. 

Any ideas?

Do you receive any error logs that would indicate the cause of the issue?

I'd suggest making a support ticket through the launcher if you haven't already so the devs can look into it as well.

I am having the same issue as is my brother, there is no error code or information, the game just crashes. I am unable to get into the raid at all and i have tried many things to fix it. Needs to be fixed by devs probably.
