Cant pick up marked room items

Well in that case I really have no clue then, I've never seen anything like that before. Consider making a bug report through the game launcher, explaining all the details and attaching your game logs and that screenshot if possible.

No backpack or not enough space in the backpack.

The item size of a Money case is 3x2. But it can also be a case of desync and the Money case had been looted a long time ago, in such cases you need to Alt+F4 and restart the game.
