New patch causing game to freeze and crash

Current PC specs

AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU

AMD Radeon RX 580

16GB of RAM

Never had any issues prior to update 0.12.4.6617 other than the occasional game stutters but after this update the game freezes and then says it's been terminated after 2 minutes into loading into a raid.

After the update today I went to sign in and the launcher said I had to purchase again. I bought the game straight off the tarkov website and have receipt to prove. I am pretty heartbroken considering all the hours I put in to get up to the level I am at. Lost all of my stats, loot, and eagerness to play this poo game again. Emailed the support team and they wont respond for another 10 days. Has this happened to anyone?

Same thing on my end with the crashes. Never had this issue occur before.

Same here crashing in raid a lot.  Seemed to do it when I was checking mags reloading them, etc.  Never had crashes before.

Amd 3600, tomahawk max 450, 5600xt, 16gb

Same problems on here, maybe it is a problem with AMD sets? My Specs AMD 3700, 5800xt, 32gb unplayable after this patch 2-3 crashes in one raid.

Same here, new patch has made my game unplayable. Can't get through a raid without loosing connection after a few minutes.... awesome patch they released...

i have an i7 9700K- GTX 1080- 16GB 3200MHz RAM and i crash now EVERY raid. It never used to happen. the game in unplayable now.
