Obvious hackers

I managed to kill the other guy who was hacking but they could see us through the map at interchange and were shooting us before they could possibly know where we were. Their names are obvious as well, BanMattnotme is clearly saying he knows his friend is using hacks so he wants you to only ban the hacker but he supported the hacker. I killed the hacker and died to his friend so I wasnt able to recover the hackers dogtags. I was able to get his buddies name. Lets make them pay for cheating.

Can people playing with hacker even get banned? Imagine the hacker randonly inviting players into his lobby and they get banned afterwards? How should that work

Just ran into this same guy and his friend on Woods. this time BanMattNotMe was definitely hacking as well.
