insurance problem

is there something wrong with insurance?? i have not gotten a message from  the vendor about looking for it and had nothing returned in over a month. 200 + raids

It is likely that a player or scav took your gear and exited the raid with it. Only items left in the raid when the raid reached 00:00 on the timer will be returned when insured, within the timeframe specified by the trader. If you exceed the period of time that the insurance is allowed, you will receive another in game message stating that you were too slow and the items are gone.

Did they pull you from the same pool as telco customer service?  You didn't even read the OP.  He says he's not even getting confirmation from the insurers that they're looking for his items.  But yeah, it was probably just a pscav.  a+++

in 200 plus raids, i should have gotten something back. ive gotten nothing ever. not even a message from prapor or therapist saying they found nothing
