LiquidBlitz
I've been playing this game little over a month now, and the first few weeks were fine. A mixed bag with all sorts of playstyles, running into many solos, some teams etc. Standard. The past week however, I have played for 6+ hours every day, and I have ONLY run into groups. I haven't seen one single solo player, not a hatchling or a fully geared player. NOT ONE. I wish this was an exaggeration but it truly is not. Not ONE solo player in 7 calender ducking days. It's frustrating running straight into a team of 3/4 etc, but it happens to everyone. But for 6-7 days solid nothing but teams? I need genuine advice from more experienced players. Is this normal? How can I avoid this? Have I been truly unlucky lately or what? For a relatively new player, and a solo player at that - I am honestly not that bad. I'm a long time FPS player and I'm top half in all games I play but Tarkov has just hammered me into the ground this past week, constantly running into teams of friends. I either die immediately with 0 kills or I kill 1,2 sometimes even 3 players just to die to the last team member anyway. I'm on the verge of quitting permanently which is a shame as I really enjoy this game for the most part. But this last week alone, NOTHING but teams, I'm just... done. To make things even stranger... when I watch some big streamers like Pestily etc, they ALWAYS run into multiple solos almost every game. Anyway.. rant over. Its probably just bad luck, there was for sure solo players in your games but you see solo players less often as they are generally taking sneakier routes making less noise and/or doing a specific quest then just leaving. Groups tend to be in the game for fun rather then doing something specific, so they make more noise and go to the high pvp zones way more often.
