Hacker in an Interchange match

Recently me and a couple of my friends have encountered a possible cheater using spinbot/speedhack/flyhack/lag switch
 

 In the video if you slow it down to 0.25 and look carefully at the outside staircase you can see a silhouette of a playermodel not completely rendered in as he shoots me in the head and dissapears right after that.

At the end of the video you can see the nickname of the suspected player.

reading forum rules and using the search is really not that much to ask.

suspicion of cheating goes here and your clip dosn't show any evidence of cheating, except for the fact that you guys keep talking about cheaters

My clip doesn't show any evidence?
Are You blind or just cheating? You can clearly see the silhouette and even the muzzle flash coming from it. 
Guess there is no point in having a discussion with You because You are clearly biased.
Also I posted herer because i coukld not find that thread, thanks for linking it.
