dapps
as title says. putting several 7.62x51 rounds into players from 30-50m they just standing there soaking them up whilst using their 100% aim to casually face meta yes salty. yes this is broken as duck.
RainmakerM4
100% AGREED. You can blame this one on shitty streamers advocating for removal of aim punch.
Majlo
Aim punch from being hit in flesh makes perfect sense, however, getting hit on a steel plate wouldn't throw your aim off.
Naqel
Being hit in the legs interferes with aiming more than having blacked out arms in Tarkov, so something is clearly not right, not just on the "moment of impact" side of things.

chrisragnar
Omg this game has enough annoying things, it does not need to make returning fire impossible. You already die from the first shot 90% of the time. Aimpunch and you might just aswell press esc and leave as soon as somone is shooting at you.

Now ppl have zero value so they just face meta while soaking up rounds after rounds... thats broken the game is slowly getting nerfed. losing its brutality in hte hunt for $$$ and streamer love. Majlo
2 hours ago, dapps said: the surprise alone would make you jolt even the slightest This is "simulated" by the player reacting to being shot himself, instead of the character having aimpunch. If you get shot out of nowhere, you will most likely react by pulling the mouse or jumping in your chair. The actual event of getting hit on hard armor that blocks the round doesn't make you react or throw your senses off, but the auditory response and "oh poo, I'm being shot at" might - but it doesn't have to, as it is on whomever got shot to react, not the game telling you how to react.
