Game cant add up

Perhaps my math is bad but if i fire 11 shots and 11 shots hit that should be 100% accuracy no?

it says hit count 11, not shots hit 11.

for example pellets can hit many times with 1 shot, or a bullet penetrating limbs.

It was a p90 firing ss190 thats 11 shots fired with 11 hits

Wrong.  This is Tarkov math and nothing adds.  The end of raid screen can safely be ignored as it is completely wrong and inaccurate.  Just like about everything else in this game.
