No trigger. Lost the ability to fire.

My left click to fire does not work in raid of any kind. My mouse works fine for all other tasks in game like clicking and dragging items, and works fine for all other tasks in windows in general.

But I cannot fire a gun.

It looks like this is a problem others have had before (https://forum.escapefromtarkov.com/topic/86867-suddenly-cannot-shoot-anymore/) but I have failed to find any solution to the issue through internet search or testing.

Please help. Game is useless in it's current state.

Ensure that you have the proper ammo for the gun you are attempting to fire, and a magazine loaded with ammunition. A gun will not fire without the right ammo in it, and you can accidentally load the wrong type of ammo in some guns/magazines.

check if u can use ur meele weapon, if its not working , check your bindings, if they r correct, reinstall

 

could be wrong ammo as well, u can put pmm into kedr mags, but kedr cant fire pmm, just pbm

This sounds like an old bug that was (I believe) fixed some time ago - if you have the correct ammo, try checking the magazine  (Alt+R). That used to fix it.

Yeah it was the keybinding. I had been checking on the binding for quick reload because I didn't understand the difference, and I think I clicked on things and temporarily bound it to left click which removed left click from fire. Then when I fixed my mistake on quick reload, that left fire unassigned. But I'd cooked a meal  between then and the next game so I didn't connect the dots.
