I don't know any of the procedure on reporting players but I mean cmon. this guy literally admitted to using game filters to kill me.  and then didn't reply for about 2 hours after I asked if that's bannable...

No. Reporting players for cheating requires video evidence with the users name in the video, and can only be posted in the Cheater video report megathread. NVidia filters are not against the rules yet. After the update containing the filters in game, NVidia filters will not be permitted. It appears NVidia has preemptively stopped supporting Tarkov for filter use on their own.

Naming and shaming on the forums is not permitted.
