Hackers becoming more frequent?

Lately it just seems I am getting one tapped with some pretty incredible shots and being tracked pretty un-human like. Getting to the point I cant play the game honestly.  I actually love this game but there is actually no point in playing with the amount of times this is starting to happen. Really seems to be a problem now.
