Is that possible to help players avoid hackers?

First, sorry for my poor English. Can you do anything to help players, who really like this game, to avoid hackers? According to what I see and data from other games that destroyed by hackers most of the hackers come from China (I am a Chinese as well). For example, pubg BattlEye data shows that 99% hackers come from China. Many of the China hackers are actually RMT dealers. They buy a standard edition account and farming game money though hack and sell the game money to real money before they get banned. After they are banned they just buy another one because they already cover the cost of the account and get some profits. I understand that It is impossible to eliminate all the hackers but I think you can at least do something to help people avoid them. For example, set up some servers or map selection that only allow limited edition players or above 40lv to join. Or just set some level limitation for the lab. This method can avoid those quick-switching-account hacks to get in the highly profitable map,  increase their cost to farm money and hopefully let their 'businesses" unprofitable.

Thanks for your patience.

Seems like a good idea but it has it issues,

Only a specific version / Or a high level: All players below this version/level have a terrible game experience.

All other methods can be passed (Just two):

Gametime: Just buy 10 accounts and let them run

Ingametime: Join woods and do nothing

What could help would be a trust factor:

  • Add your phonenumber and you get a sms code (Only one account per number)
  • Play 100 matches (I know same as level, but 100 matches is way better than a level)
  • Link some other app like twitch prime to your account (Only one account per account)
  • Low Ping
  • Doing beginner quest

Everything could give you a higher trust and opens than trust matchmaking (Longer waiting time but only trusted members can join), but it should not be that hard to get it, don´t forget the beginner game experience.

"Low Ping"

This isn't entirely feasible as that would mean locking even more servers from others, in which case people will just use VPNs hackers included since the destination machine wont be reporting what the remote machines ping input/output is. This can also have slight disadvantages for those in the states where they invariably have no choice but to go through so many hops to play with coastal buddies.

SMS Phone number is typically a security feature to prevent your account from being stolen, and really has only become a thing because people store their cards on their machines or phones nowadays, meaning you'd get an immediate response if someone was changing something with your account or access specific details on it.

A soft ban like what happens in Titanfall would pry work, if an intrusive API is detected or some injector is noticed players could be sent to an alternate server reserved for hackers and then a perma ban can be enacted. Maybe even an overwatch system like what's in place for CSGO, as most people know who kills them just not how they were killed, leaving the all seeing eye to a BSG employee.
