nvidia highlights being removed?

Just wondering if they are removing the ability to use nvidia hightlights can we still record gameplay with geforce in game overlay?

Im not 100 percent sure as i dont use highlights i was just wondering in terms of recording gameplay.From what i have read though it just made it so you could instantly confirm if you got a kill.

Only filters will be removed, but other NVIDIA tools will remain available.

It's because with nvidia highlights you can know if you killed a player or not. It writes video files to your nvidia highlights directory.

That's correct. As already mentioned that resulted to be unrealistic with the design of the game as it takes a clip when an enemy has been killed + as mentioned by Nikita, this caused some exploits to some cheaters to make unfair things in game.
