Just bought the game, unable to shake off constant 20 sec stutter

I just got this game a couple of days back and I am really enjoying it however whatever I do I am unable to shake off a constant 1 sec stutter that happens every 20-30 secs. This even happens when in offline mode.

I tried everything possible on youtube, it won't go away. Even if I reduce the settings to the lowest possible and lower the resolution it is still there... it just won't go away.

For the record, this is a gaming pc and I run a lot of recently released AAA games with absolutely no issues on 1440p with comfortable 75+ FPS.

I run a i7-6700K, 32 GB ram, Nvidia 1080, m.2 SSD drive and my monitor is 144 hz with G-sync

 

I tried turning off v-sync in the NVIDIA settings and enabling it in game. I did the override high DPI settings thing.

Anyone else having this issue?

It happens to everyone, just one of the many issues with this game that will probably never be fixed.

That’s really sad to hear. I tried so many proposed solution, spend a whole afternoon but nothing will do. 
it’s weird the problem is less accentuated when I do scav run

Wasn't it supposed to be fixed in 12.5?  Seems no better to me since maybe even worse.

The weird thing I noticed is that there less stutter playing online than offline!! Yes you read that correctly, my game runs smoother online. So I’m not complaining all that much tbh.

I'm half persuaded it has to do with tracking AI physics, such as scavs, bullet trajectories etc... If you go offline with no scavs enabled I wonder if the stutters decrease.

This constant stutter every 15 or 20 minutes is not the game but rather  fkn Microsoft.  I noticed this happened after one of their OS patches 1.5 years ago when playing PUBG.  After that patch, PUBG would have a 1 second stutter every 15/20  minutes.  Based on my review, this happens when there is a special logon service event occurring which is causing this issue.Many people have complained to Microsoft regarding this very issue however they have not fixed it since.  Good luck getting this fixed.

Stutters are fixed and saying they arent is fake news, words alone fix stutters, its true, i've seen BSG do it.

I doubt microsoft can take the whole blame, this spaghetti code "Works great in the start then deterorates" shows the biggest fault is in the code, the base of the game, not so much a 3rd party.
