Players rubberbanding/teleporting

I wonder if the servers are botching up again.

My ping and server latency is good, but when I try to aim for someone, they are teleporting. Is it because they're players from a different region or have absolute crap internet? I always get killed by those players, because if they stand still because I wait for them to stop teleporting/rubberbanding, I headshot them, I see the blood spurting out and they just turn around and kill me like I missed the shot. Post screen also says I didn't got a hit.

Anybody else running up against this issue?

Yes, I am getting this issue when playing solo, but when I play with friends in a group I am getting disconnected within a couple of minutes. It has only started in the last few weeks and is completely ruining my love for Tarkov. I just convinced a friend to buy it and now I can't play with him, or any others in my Tarkov crew. It's getting to be beyond a joke.

I have had a couple of instances of this recently. People pinging around.

My favorite one was person looking the other way whilst i pump an entire mag into me, before i die, whilst they are still looking the other way.
