syberand
I can understand the idea/mechanic of having your mouse react slower when carrying heavy stuff around, but it the same time it is something that is very personal to each player. Personally I find it more of an annoyance than anything else. Especially since if I go in heavy geared, I will just increase the mouse-sens and thus rendering it useless... dnsMorgan
Before anyone comes to say that this a realistic feature, here why i think it's not and has to be fixed. Altering sensitivity changes how you communicate with your character, not how your character behaves, irl your brain communicates with your body same way no matter what armor or gun you're using. I think that any mechanic that alters your input and not character behavior is bad game design. Dynamic sensitivity doesn't achieve realism (which i guess it's trying to do), instead of that it brings frustration and discomfort for those players who deal with that mechanic and for those who overcome that by constantly changing their sens to match with their loadout. And i'm not even talking about people who use mouse grips which can work only within certain range of sens, and changing that even 20% makes game unplayable. dnsMorgan
One thing i forgot to add - why there is difference in sens between iron sight and reflex sights with no magnification? That makes no sense at all, as well as different FoV values for reflex sights with 1x magnification which results in different sens since 12.6 (not 100% sure about that one, correct me if i wrong).
